I’m Audrey 👋 I run Audrey Bray Social, a boutique social media agency where I help small businesses grow with strategy-driven, creative content. And now…I’m looking for someone to join me behind the scenes as my intern/assistant.

This isn’t your average coffee-fetching internship. You’ll be hands-on with real projects, learning what it’s actually like to run a business from the ground up. Think: one part marketing, one part entrepreneurship, and a whole lot of figuring-it-out-as-we-go (because that’s what building a business really looks like).

What You’ll Get

This internship isn’t about grabbing coffee or running errands. It’s hands-on, behind-the-scenes experience where you’ll:

  • Learn the ins and outs of running a small business

  • Get real-world training in social media strategy, content creation, and marketing

  • Work on actual client projects (think: brainstorming Reels, writing captions, helping plan campaigns)

  • See what entrepreneurship looks like up close — the highs, the lows, and everything in between

  • Gain skills that will look amazing on your resume (and actually help you in your future career)

This role is perfect if you’re…

  • A student (or recent grad) curious about marketing, PR, or social media

  • Excited to learn and not afraid to get creative

  • Organized enough to juggle projects but flexible enough to pivot when things change (because they always do 😉)

  • Looking for an opportunity to learn by doing, not just watching
